A project incorporating AR with the objects in the V&A museum in South Kensington, creating a fun opportunity for children and adults to get their phones out and interact with the objects. Encouraging visitor participation by enhancing their experience and turning it into something fun.
The AR experience is an interactive filter created using “Meta Spark Studio”, in which a beautiful small garden inspired by a betel box will appear on the screen when scanning the betel box.

This is a garden that has seating arrangements serve as a communal meeting point with families and friends to socialize that helps strengthen cultural bonds. The word “home” is placed on top of the garden and also on the table, with letters created from the ornaments found in the betel box. It is inspired by the Malaysian oral tradition “The betel opens the door to home.”
